Logging In
Access your AirQo Nexus account with your email and password or through a linked social account.
Log In with Email and Password
- Go to the AirQo Nexus login page.
- Enter your email address and select Continue.
- Enter your password and select Login.
- You are taken to your Home page.
Log In with a Social Account
You can use an existing Google, GitHub, LinkedIn, or X (Twitter) account to sign in or sign up.
- On the login or registration page, select the icon for the provider you want to use.
- Complete the provider's sign-in steps.
- You are returned to AirQo Nexus.
- If you are new, an account is created automatically.
- If you already have an AirQo account linked to that provider, you are signed in.

Last used provider
The provider you used most recently is highlighted with a Last used badge, so you can sign in faster next time.
Add a password later
If you created your account with a social provider, you can add a password later in Profile > Security. This lets you log in with your email and password as well.
Troubleshooting Login
| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| "Invalid Credentials" or "Incorrect username or password" | Check that your email and password are correct. Passwords are case-sensitive. |
| Forgot your password | Use the Reset your password guide. |
| Social login fails | Make sure you select the same provider and account you used to sign up. |
| "Access Denied" | You may not have permission to access this service. Contact your organization administrator or AirQo support. |
